Description:
The working process is manual and relies on the operator to perform the folding steps before sealing.
Prepare the film: Cut a sheet of BOPP film from the roll. The size should be wide enough to wrap around the entire product with extra room on the long sides for folding.
Position the product: Place the product onto the center of the cut film sheet.
Perform the initial wrap: Wrap the film around the widest part of the product. The film should overlap on one side, and the overlap will be sealed in a later step.
Fold the long sides: Neatly fold the film on the two longer sides of the product. This creates the primary folds for the box-like wrap.
Seal the center seam: Use the machine’s heated platform or sealing tool to seal the overlapping seam from the initial wrap.
Fold the ends: The process for the two ends of the product involves a manual folding technique similar to wrapping a gift.
Side folds: Fold in the triangular flaps on the left and right sides of each end.
Top and bottom folds: Fold down the top flap and fold up the bottom flap over it, or vice versa, to create a smooth, tight seal.
Seal the end folds: Use the heat-sealing tool to apply heat to the final folded seams on both ends, securing the wrap.
Complete the process: Once both ends are sealed, the finished product is ready.
