This semi automatic roll-on perfume bottle filling machine is designed for roll-on bottles, this machine is equipped with 3 stations such as Filling, Ball Plug Pressing and Screw Capping unit. It is all-in-one with a rotary feeding turn table, which greatly saves working space.  It is widely used to fill perfumes, liquid oud, deodorant etc.

Work Flow

  •  Manually place the roll on bottles on the turn table.
  •  Automatic bottle pickup.
  •  Automatic Filling
  •  Insert Ball Plug manually
  •  Automatic ball plug Pressing
  •  Insert caps manually
  •  Automatic Screw Capping device.
