The Automatic sausage filling machine is widely used for filling silicone sealant, polyurethane sealant, MS sealant, adhesive and other paste materials.   This filling machine is horizontal structure has features of moving easily, adopting advanced pneumatic and photoelectric monitoring as well as PLC intelligent control. This filling machine includes four closely linked processes of flexible package tube making, PLC precision controlled, double end sealing forming and automatic cutting.

Filling Method: Using servo motor to control the quantitative cylinder system.    High filling precision, filling volume can be adjusted at any time on the screen.

Outlet method: The hydraulic discharge method ensures the discharge efficiency and stability of high-viscosity materials, and the discharge is fast and easy to maintain.

Sealing Method: Adopt servo motor to control mechanical snap forming system, with good stability and high speed

Control System: The whole machine adopts PLC controller and touch screen, strict precision control and processing technology of various transmission parts, high equipment stability and fast response.
